For all orders, under the Consumer Law, Naturopathy by G will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange or refund (as applicable) where:

• The product is damaged, or

• The product is faulty, and

• You can present your proof of purchase.

If you present with one of the above, please contact hello@naturopathybyg.co to arrange the return.

Once you have spoken with our team, please note it is a requirement to share the tracking number to ensure the package arrives back our PO Box before we are able to process your refund.

Please note that the customer will be sole party responsible for any return fees associated. Naturopathy by G is not responsible the cost of the return.

Please note that we also do not offer returns for change of mind.
